Veronica S. Aswani is the co-founder and CEO of Wavunow. A resident of Johannesburg, she is a Cum Laude student, with over 13 years experience in International Operations & Logistics, as well as Marketing. Prior to Wavunow, she took time off to be a full-time mum and thereafter, consulted in Property and Property Finance for a period of 3 years.Her passion for community development saw the birth of Wavunow, a Social Enterprise whose main objective is to create jobs at the Base of the Pyramid. It specializes in ALL solutions that can enhance simple community businesses to thrive at the BOP, especially those that are handmade.

Vimala Ariyan started her professional career as an Educator, before joining the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and thereafter a SETA which provided a springboard into merging the world of business with a profession that she’s deeply passionate about. Vimala Ariyan and her team have grown the organisation over the last 12 years into a fully equipped training institute that is active nationally.

Zandile Nzalo is the Founder & MD of ZANENZA. With over 22 years’ experience in media, she has worked as producer and presenter for several broadcasters. A social activist at heart, in 2009 she founded FindYoFayah, a motivational programme aimed at encouraging young people to discover their purpose for effective socio-economic participation. Zandile’s portfolios have included General Manager of Channel O - DStv, Media Director for loveLife, CEO for the Association for Communications & Advertising and Acting CEO of Indalo Yethu Trust. ZANENZA is a black–owned holistic communications consultancy, which exists to empower our clients, entrepreneurs and stakeholders for sustainable growth.
